This article makes a comparative study on the regulations of the three departments involved in the archives management of surveying and mapping geographical information services in the following seven aspects: basic theory, organization functions, filing work, custody work, destruction requirements, supervision and management and service utilization, which is conducive to profound understanding and scientific interpretation And fully implement the spirit of the new document to provide more normative guidance for the archival management of surveying and mapping geographic information services.
