用盆栽法研究了钾素在不同氮肥水平下对早稻广陆矮四号根系生长、某些生理特性及穗部经济性状的影响。试验表明,钾素有促进根系生长、增加根系生长量的作用。在高氮的条件下有增加伤流强度的效应;在低氮水平下并不能促进伤流液的分泌;这与钾素改变根中自由水含量与束缚水含量的比值是相一致的。在高氮的状况下,钾素降低了根中总氮的含量,在低氮时却增加总氮的积累,尤其在高氮的条件下引起细胞色素氧化酶的同工酶谱带数的改变。无论是高氮或低氮水平,钾素对穗部经济性状,均有良好的影响。
Pot experiments were conducted to study the effects of potassium on root growth, some physiological characteristics and ear economic traits in early rice at different nitrogen levels. Experiments show that potassium can promote root growth and increase root growth. Under the condition of high nitrogen, there was an effect of increasing the strength of the wound stream; at the low nitrogen level, it did not promote the secretion of the wound fluid; this is consistent with the ratio of the free water content to the bound water content in the root of potassium change. Under high nitrogen conditions, K reduced the content of total nitrogen in the root and increased the accumulation of total nitrogen at low nitrogen, especially in the high nitrogen conditions, which caused changes in the number of isozymes of cytochrome oxidase . Regardless of high nitrogen or low nitrogen levels, potassium had a good effect on the economic traits of the ear.
