检测胃癌组织中Fas基因表达并探讨其临床意义。运用流式细胞技术,对39例胃癌组织和癌旁粘膜中Fas抗原的表达进行检测。胃癌组织和癌旁粘膜组织中均有Fas基因表达,而其表达水平无统计学差异(t=1.526,P>005)。胃管状腺癌和乳头状腺癌组织中Fas基因表达明显低于粘液癌和低分化癌(P<005)。胃癌组织中Fas基因表达低。采用特异性改变凋亡阈限的治疗方案可能有利于改变胃癌的自然进程。
Detection of Fas gene expression in gastric cancer and its clinical significance. Flow cytometry was used to detect the expression of Fas antigen in 39 gastric cancer tissues and paraneoplastic mucosa. Fas gene expression was found in both gastric cancer tissues and paraneoplastic tissues, but their expression levels were not statistically different (t=1.526, P>005). Fas gene expression was significantly lower in gastric tubular adenocarcinoma and papillary adenocarcinoma than in mucinous carcinoma and poorly differentiated carcinoma (P < 0.05). Fas gene expression is low in gastric cancer tissues. The use of treatment regimens that specifically alter the apoptotic threshold may be beneficial in altering the natural course of gastric cancer.
