教师在幼儿的成长过程中起着至关重要的作用,教师参与幼儿的成长活动并对他们的日常生活学习起着辅助作用。同样在美工这项符合幼儿天性,满足幼儿需求的活动中,教师也应按照学前教育的要求,以幼儿的全面发展为教育目的,从四方面入手:丰富幼儿的生活经验,拓宽孩子的视野;营造一个好的学习氛围,增强幼儿的审美情感;运用多种材料,提高孩子的操作能力;正面评价孩子的作品,培养幼儿的审美情感和创新意识。幼儿在美术活动中所发展形成的创造精神和创造性思维能力将深深铭刻在他们的头脑中,在未来的生活学习和工作中发挥作用。
Teachers play a crucial role in the growth of young children. Teachers participate in the growth of young children and play a supporting role in their daily life. In the same way that artistry meets the needs of young children in accordance with the nature of children, teachers should also follow the requirements of pre-school education and take the all-round development of children as their educational goals. Starting from four aspects, teachers should enrich young children’s life experience and broaden their horizons. Create a good learning environment and enhance the aesthetic feelings of young children; use a variety of materials to improve children’s operational skills; positively evaluate children’s works and cultivate young children’s aesthetic feelings and innovative awareness. The creative and creative thinking skills that young children develop in art activities are deeply rooted in their minds and play a role in future life learning and work.
