目的:探讨慢性肺心病(简称肺心病)合并消化性溃疡(PU)的临床特点。方法:回顾分析肺心病合并PU与一般PU在发生率、临床表现、溃疡部位及大小、营养状况等方面的差异。结果:肺性病合并PU具有发生率高、表现不典型、胃溃疡多见、溃疡面较大、多合并营养不良等特点。结论:对肺心病患者要警惕合并PU,应及时行相应检查以免漏诊。
Objective: To investigate the clinical characteristics of chronic pulmonary heart disease (pulmonary heart disease) complicated with peptic ulcer (PU). Methods: Retrospective analysis of pulmonary heart disease PU and general PU in the incidence, clinical manifestations, ulcer location and size, nutritional status and other differences. Results: Pulmonary disease complicated with high incidence of PU, the performance of atypical, more common gastric ulcer, ulcer surface, more combined malnutrition and so on. Conclusion: Patients with pulmonary heart disease should guard against the merger PU, should promptly check accordingly to avoid misdiagnosis.
