原发性肝癌(以下简称肝癌)是临床常见的恶性肿瘤之一。由于其发病隐匿、进展迅速、治疗难度大、生存期短,被称为“癌中之王”。目前,肝癌治疗仍以手术切除为首选方案,并且疗效最佳,但患者就诊时多已是中晚期,绝大多数失去了手术机会,严重影响了肝癌患者的远期生存率。中医药是治疗肝癌的重要手段之一,近年来,笔者运用参甲消积丸治疗原发性肝癌35例,在缓解症状、提高生存质量方面疗效满意,并与用西药治疗的35例作对照观察,现报告如下。

Because of its occult onset, rapid progress, treatment difficult, short survival, known as the “king of cancer.” Currently, the treatment of liver cancer is still the first choice for surgical resection, and the best effect, but when patients are mostly mid-late treatment, the vast majority lost the chance of surgery, seriously affecting the long-term survival of patients with liver cancer. Chinese medicine is one of the important ways to treat liver cancer. In recent years, the author used 35 cases of primary hepatocellular carcinoma with Shen Ji Xiao Ji Wan, and achieved satisfactory results in relieving symptoms and improving quality of life. Compared with 35 cases treated with western medicine Observation, the report is as follows.
