目的探讨品管圈在减少手术间电动门开启次数中的应用效果。方法手术室9名护理人员自愿组成品管圈活动小组,通过查检表(问卷调查)、柏拉图、头脑风暴、前后对比等方法,对手术间电动门开启的原因进行解析研究,制订相关对策及实施方案,实施后比较改善前2014年12月22日-2015年1月9日与改善后2015年3月2-20日手术间电动门开启次数情况。结果通过这次品管圈的活动显示,手术间电动门开启次数由改善前14.11次/台减少到5.86次/台手术,改善效果显著。结论通过品管圈的活动,有效减少了手术间电动门开启的次数,保证了手术间的净化度。圈员们通过运用品管圈手法,提高了解决问题和协调沟通的能力。
Objective To investigate the effect of quality control loop on reducing the number of open electric gates during operation. Methods Nine nurses in the operating room volunteered to form the quality control circle activity group. Through the checklist (questionnaire survey), Plato, brainstorming and contrast before and after, the reasons for the opening of the electric door between the operation were analyzed and the corresponding countermeasures and implementation Program, compared to after the implementation of improved before December 22, 2014 - January 9, 2015 and improved after March 2-20 2015, the number of open between the operating room electric door. Results The activities of this quality control circle showed that the number of open electric gates in the operation room decreased from 14.11 times before improvement to 5.86 times per step, and the improvement effect was remarkable. Conclusions Through the activities of quality control circle, the number of opening of electric door between operation rooms is effectively reduced, which ensures the degree of cleanliness between operations. Circle members through the use of quality control ring tactics, improve the ability to solve problems and coordinate communication.
