采用pin二极管技术,在输入端反射式pin组合开关的基础上,设计、制作了一种微波吸收式pin单刀双掷开关,并给出了详细设计原理图。用AWR软件分别对带有定向耦合器的反射式pin组合开关和吸收式单刀双掷pin组合开关进行了仿真优化设计,仿真结果表明吸收式单刀双掷pin组合开关性能指标更优越,尤其在衰减状态下各项指标明显优于反射式pin组合开关。将两种开关方案分别应用于Ku波段多通道接收机后,吸收式单刀双掷pin组合开关测得结果如下:插入损耗≤1 dB,导通和衰减输入驻波比均≤1.4∶1,幅度不一致性≤1 dB。
Using pin diode technology, a kind of microwave absorption single-pole double-throw switch is designed and fabricated on the basis of the reflective pin combination switch at the input end, and the detailed design principle is given. AWR software was used to simulate and optimize the combination of the reflective pin combination switch and the single-pole double-throw pin combination switch with directional coupler. The simulation results show that the performance index of the single-pole double-throw pin combination switch is superior, especially in the attenuation State indicators significantly better than the reflective pin combination switch. After applying the two switching schemes to the Ku-band multichannel receiver, the results of the SPDT pin combination switch are as follows: the insertion loss is less than or equal to 1 dB, the ON and attenuation input VSWR are all less than or equal to 1.4: 1, the amplitude Inconsistency ≤1 dB.
