小剂量阿糖胞苷对骨髓增生异常综合征的疗效

1982年FAB协作组提出骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)的分类建议,为本征的诊断确立了依据,但关于本征的治疗仍缺乏有效疗法。本文将我院自1987年12月～1992年12月5年来用小剂量阿糖胞苷(Ara-c)治疗骨髓增生异常综合征28例的经验介绍如下。

In 1982, FAB collaborative group proposed the classification suggestion of myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS), which established the basis for the intrinsic diagnosis. However, there is still no effective therapy about the intrinsic treatment. This article will our hospital from December 1987 ~ December 1992 5 years with a small dose of cytarabine (Ara-c) treatment of myelodysplastic syndrome in 28 cases described below.
