目的：对复方替硝唑霜的制备及含量测定方法进行研究。方法：选择替硝唑与氯霉素组方，采用差示单波长分光光度法，在277nm和319nm波长处检测。结果：平均回收率分别为9929％（RSD=0.32％）和99.48％（RSD=0.46％）。结论：检测方法简便，结果准确，适用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective: To study the preparation and content determination of compound tinidazole cream. Methods: Tinidazole and chloramphenicol were selected and detected by differential single wavelength spectrophotometry at 277nm and 319nm wavelength. Results: The average recoveries were 9929% (RSD = 0.32%) and 99.48% (RSD = 0.46%), respectively. Conclusion: The detection method is simple and the results are accurate. It is suitable for the quality control of the preparation.
