终身教育时代的到来使教师职后教育被纳入大众视野。纵观全球,美国在中学教师职后教育方面取得了累累硕果:职后教育目标细化,职后教育内容实效性强,职前教育与职后教育联系密切,教师需要得到尊重,职后教育法制化建设完善。反观我国,职后教育目标泛化,职后教育内容政治性太强,职前教育与职后教育分离,忽视教师需要,职后教育缺乏法制保障。该文通过对中美中学教师职后教育现状的比较,提出美国中学教师职后教育制度对我国的启示。
The arrival of the era of lifelong education has made teachers’ post-secondary education into the public view. Throughout the world, the United States has made numerous achievements in the post-secondary education for secondary school teachers: the goal of post-secondary education is detailed, post-employment education is effective, pre-service education is closely linked with post-service education, teachers need to be respected, and post-secondary education Legalization construction is perfect. On the other hand, China’s post-service education has generalized goals, post-employment education is too political, pre-service education and post-vocational education are separated, teacher needs are neglected, and post-service education lacks legal protection. By comparing the status quo of post-service education between Chinese and American middle school teachers, this paper puts forward the enlightenment of the American post-secondary education system for secondary school teachers.
