报道腐败坏死性口底蜂窝织炎１５例，其中７例发生了广泛扩散，８例合并败血症等并发症；此病多为厌氧细菌通过牙源性而感染，提示其临床症状重，发病急，进展快，故应积极治疗。局部早期切开引流，３％双氧水冲洗，全身甲硝哒唑、广谱抗生素联合用药，并防止并发症发生。
