随着我国贸易额的飞速增长,各种贸易纠纷也大量产生,其中,因货款问题产生的纠纷尤为常见。货物出口之后,外方企业不按时足额支付货款,甚至根本不支付货款,对中方企业而言,是一件非常棘手的事。如何有效防止和处理货款纠纷,无疑是进出口企业必须考虑的一个现实问题。就此,记者采访了中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会华南分会咨询发展处副处长谢卫民先生。
With the rapid growth of China’s trade volume, various trade disputes have also taken place in large numbers. Among them, disputes arising from payment problems are particularly common. After the goods are exported, foreign enterprises fail to pay the purchase price on time and in full, or even fail to pay the purchase price at all. This is a very tricky issue for Chinese enterprises. How to effectively prevent and handle payment disputes is undoubtedly a realistic question that import and export enterprises must consider. In this connection, the reporter interviewed Mr. Xie Weimin, Deputy Director of the Advisory and Development Division of South China Branch of China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission.
