目的 :观察贲门癌间质中肥大细胞、淋巴细胞 ,嗜酸性粒细胞等的形态和组织化学变化及其相互关系。方法 :运用组织化学及电镜技术观察人贲门癌手术标本 4 0例 ,癌旁组织 38例 ,正常组织 4 0例。结果 :癌旁区肥大细胞显著多于癌区与正常区 ,癌区肥大细胞脱颗粒现象严重 ;癌区有淋巴小结形成者绝大多数为恶性程度低者 ,其肥大细胞数量亦显著高于无淋巴小结形成者。 ABS染色癌区及癌旁区以蓝染肥大细胞为多 ,而正常区以红蓝混合色肥大细胞为多。电镜观察 ,癌区与活化肥大细胞和淋巴细胞接触的癌细胞呈变性改变 ;嗜酸粒细胞、巨噬细胞、淋巴细胞与肥大细胞密切接触或相邻。结论 :肥大细胞、淋巴细胞和嗜酸粒细胞等在抗肿瘤过程中 ,可能具有协同作用
OBJECTIVE: To observe the morphological and histochemical changes of mast cells, lymphocytes and eosinophils in gastric cardia carcinoma and their correlations. Methods: Histochemistry and electron microscopy were used to observe 40 cases of gastric cardia carcinoma in surgical specimens, 38 cases of paracancerous tissues and 40 cases of normal tissues. Results: Mast cells in paracancer area were significantly more than those in normal and cancerous areas, and mast cell degranulation was serious in cancerous area. Most of the lymphatic nodules in cancerous area were malignant and the number of mast cells was significantly higher than that in normal Lymph node formation. There are many blue-stained mast cells in the cancer-stained area and the paracancerous area of the ABS-stained area, while the normal area is dominated by red-blue mixed-color mast cells. Electron microscopy showed that cancerous cells contacted with activated mast cells and lymphocytes changed in degeneration. Eosinophils, macrophages and lymphocytes were in close contact with or adjacent to mast cells. Conclusion: Mast cells, lymphocytes and eosinophils may play synergistic roles in the anti-tumor process
