单纯室间隔肥厚临床并不少见,为了探讨心向量图(VCG)对其诊断价值,现将本院的初步观察报道如下: 对象与方法检查对象均随机抽样.正常组309例,临床体检无阳性发现,二维超声、X线、ECG和VCG检查均正常。肥厚组194例,二维超声心动图表现为单纯性室间隔增厚.X线和VCG检查亦无心室肥厚、室内传导阻滞、心梗和预激等异常。二维超声仪采用日本产RT-2000型,探头3.5兆赫.与M型同步,按左室长轴面,个别病例结合心失四腔面,以舒张期室间隔厚度≥13mm为增厚.心向量机采用上海产XX-2型.三面同步记
