人力资源是应急管理过程中的核心力量,人力资源作用发挥的大小在某种程度上决定着应急管理成败。本文在分析我国应急人力资源现状基础上,提出了一系列针对性应急人力资源管理对策,以期为我国突发事件的解决提供有益借鉴。
Human resources are the core force in the process of emergency management. The extent to which human resources play a role in determining the success or failure of emergency management to a certain extent. Based on the analysis of the current situation of emergency human resources in our country, this paper puts forward a series of targeted emergency human resources management measures in order to provide useful reference for the solution of emergency in our country.
