编者按 在中共中央颁发《公民道德建设实施纲要》并在全国展开声势浩大的宣传活动的时候，我们怀着十分高兴的心情，向广大读者推荐关于山东电力系统职业道德建设情况的调查报告。这个报告全面描绘了山东电力战线大力进行职业道德建设的生动情景，展示了山东电力的领导和广大职工“追求卓越、服务真诚”的企业精神，“今天比昨天做得更好、明天比今天做得更好”的企业理念和“您只需要一个电话、剩下的由我们来做”的服务理念，在齐鲁大地上唱响了一曲动人的职业道德的颂歌，为我国职业道德建设树立了一个榜样。我们希望广大读者能在学习《纲要》的同时，仔细阅读这个调查报告，并结合本企业、本地区、本单位的实际，也能就职业道德建设问题写出自己那里的典型或体会文章寄给我们，使更多的典型得到推广和张扬，进一步推动我们的职业道德建设，落实《纲要》的要求，以适应加入ＷＴＯ 后，我国形势的需要。
