在传统竞争情报战略基础上,考虑动态不确定性环境的影响,构建融合战略竞争情报与技术竞争情报的一体化竞争情报战略模型,并详细分析竞争情报战略的一体化特性。在此基础上,分析不确定性环境对企业竞争情报战略的影响,详细阐述战略竞争情报对一体化竞争情报战略的支撑作用,分析技术竞争情报战略的实施对一体化竞争情报战略的保障作用。
On the basis of the traditional competitive intelligence strategy, considering the influence of the dynamic uncertainty environment, an integrated competitive intelligence strategy model that combines strategic competitive intelligence with technical competitive intelligence is constructed, and the integrated characteristics of competitive intelligence strategy are analyzed in detail. On this basis, the paper analyzes the influence of uncertainty environment on the enterprise competitive intelligence strategy, elaborates the supporting role of strategic competitive intelligence on the integrated competitive intelligence strategy, and analyzes the safeguard effect of the implementation of the technology competitive intelligence strategy on the integrated competitive intelligence strategy.
