目的规范外来骨科手术器械的使用,降低医院感染发生率以及医院运行成本,减轻患者经济负担。方法对医院手术室外来器械管理现状的各个层面的逐一分析,找到目前制约医院手术室外来器械管理的真正问题,制定“关于外来手术器械的消毒灭菌管理规范”。结果外来骨科手术感染发生率由2009年11月前的2.13%降至2010年12月的0.5%。结论医院手术室外来器械管理是一个系统工程,必须多方协作,齐抓共管。
Objective To standardize the use of external orthopedic surgery instruments, reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections and hospital operating costs, and reduce the economic burden on patients. Methods To analyze the current status of hospital surgical instruments from one to another and find out the real problems that restrict the management of surgical instruments outside the hospital and formulate the norms of disinfection and sterilization for surgical instruments. Results The incidence of external orthopedic surgery infection fell from 2.13% in November 2009 to 0.5% in December 2010. Conclusion The surgical equipment management in the hospital is a systematic project. It is necessary to cooperate with each other and make concerted efforts.
