在政府的号召和指导下,全国各领域掀起了发展循环经济的热潮。循环经济要求在经济生产中以新知识遵循自然规律尽可能实现资源循环,北京良三路是北京市第一条以循环经济理念为指导进行设计和施工的道路改扩建工程。文章结合良三路旧路改造工程,分析了循环经济理念在公路建设中的实践,为循环经济理念在公路建设中的应用提供了一个可操作的模式。
Under the call and guidance of the government, the upsurge of developing circular economy has been set off in all fields across the country. Recycling economy requires that new knowledge should be followed in the economic production to follow the natural law to maximize the recycling of resources. Beijing Liangsan Road is the first road reconstruction and extension project in Beijing designed and constructed under the guidance of Circular Economy. Combining the reconstruction project of Liangsanluo Old Road, the article analyzes the practice of circular economy concept in highway construction and provides an operable mode for the application of circular economy concept in highway construction.
