我记录的,是三组很平凡的小故事。究竟什么才是好故事?我觉得,朴实真挚的,能给人力量的,就是好故事吧。一、两个年轻人2014年春天我采访了一位80后小伙子。我见到他时,他正在一间破烂的教室守着三十几个午睡的山里娃。小伙子是这间幼儿园唯一一名50岁以下的老师。2012年,他从市里的教师进修学校科班毕业,班里40名毕业生,只有他选择到农村幼儿园工作。他没有编制、没有医保,也没有五险一金,每个月工资1200元。
