不少到过枣阳市档案馆的人都看重其“硬件”——新颖别致,具有民族特色的档案大楼,新购的微机,而我,更欣赏枣阳市档案馆的一拨年轻人。他们正在完善自我,重塑档案工作者的社会形象。走进枣阳市档案馆,你会发现,这里是青年人的世界。现有19人中,不到而立之年的有16人,大部分却早已在档案馆扎根5—6年,算得上老档案了。不信,你瞧瞧去。
