我公司主要产品是摩托车发动机和林业机械小动力零件,所用材料多是铝合金和镁合金,零件体积小、重量轻、形状复杂、壁薄、孔穴多、加工精度高、批量较大且具有稳定的加工工艺.用普通车床加工,废次品较多,生产效率低.我们结合大修,选用南京大方机床数控有限公司生产的JWK-5GB机床微机控制装置,陆续对20台C618K和C620车床进行了改造,改造后既可作普通车床使用,又可作为简易数控车床使用.调试好后即可选择形状、工艺复杂的零件进行加工编程,把程序固化在芯片 上,以后每次加工直接调出程序即可.改造后的车床可以自动车削外圆、内孔、螺纹、圆弧及倒角等.点动按键,自动换刀、自动切削.
