我厂M1432A外圆磨床尾座,上有φ60×230和φ40×106两个要求较高的圆孔,最初铸造时常因这两个圆孔达不到要求,多是偏芯和缩松而大批报废。原因是泥芯细长,不易固定,下部稍有偏斜,上部偏斜就超过加工余量。为了解决这个问题,曾将加工余量增大到8mm以上,但增大余量后又造成加工后孔内局部缩松的缺陷,仍达不到要求。后又改成将两个圆柱体的泥芯并连起来做成一个泥芯,落芯方法改成
