研究了在连续退火生产工艺下退火温度以及带钢退火均热段保温时间对45号钢再结晶后珠光体球化的影响。采用Vatron公司设备Multipas(多功能连续退火模拟器)进行不同均热温度及不同退火时间等工艺模拟。结果表明:45号钢在均热时间为170 s和250 s时,退火均热温度在820℃时珠光体打碎效果较好,能得到相应球化组织,伸长率较高;均热时间过短(125 s),均热温度较低(780、800℃)时珠光体团体积较大,对45号钢伸长率影响不利。
The effects of annealing temperature and soak time of strip annealing in the continuous annealing process on the nodularity of pearlite after recrystallization of 45 steel were studied. Using Vatron company equipment Multipas (multi-function continuous annealing simulator) for different soaking temperature and different annealing time process simulation. The results show that when the soaking time is 170 s and 250 s, the pearlite breaking effect is better when the soaking temperature is 820 ℃ and the corresponding spheroidizing structure is obtained. The soaking time When the temperature is too short (125 s) and the soaking temperature is low (780,800 ℃), the volume of pearlite is larger, which has a negative effect on the elongation of 45 steel.
