在现代企业制度下,公司管理需要解决两个基本问题:一是经理选择;二是经理激励。前者是指用什么样的机制能确保最有能力的人当经理,后者是指如何建立一种机制确保经理能尽职尽责地为公司服务。
In the modern enterprise system, company management needs to solve two basic problems: one is the manager's choice; the other is the manager's motivation. The former refers to what mechanism can be used to ensure that the most capable people as managers, the latter refers to how to establish a mechanism to ensure that managers can dutifully serve the company.
