本文采用确炎舒松－Ａ（Ｔｒｉａｍｃｉｎｏｌｏｎｉａｃｅｔｏｎｉｄｉａｃｅｔａｔｉｓ）局部封闭疗法治疗各种类型外阴营养不良７３例，取得显著疗效。全部病例治疗前后均行活检确诊和确定疗效。每次于病变部位皮下注射醋酸确炎舒松－Ａ注射液１０ｍｇ，每周一次，３次为一个疗程，共二个疗程。各种类型外阴营养不良痊愈率５６～８０％，有效率８１～１００％。随诊期间复发５例。８例在治疗期间及治疗后一个月出现经期延长或少量阴道流血，于二个月内自愈。作者就其作用机理和副作用的产生和预防进行了探讨。认为本方法简单、有效，复发率低，副作用少，有足够药源，不需特殊设备，值得推广。
In this paper, 73 cases of various types of genital malnutrition were treated with local blocking therapy with Triamcinolone ceceliiacetatis, and a significant curative effect was achieved. The author discusses its mechanism of action and side effects and prevention. That the method is simple, effective, low recurrence rate, fewer side effects, adequate source of drugs, without special equipment, it is worth promoting.
