在当前我国能源比较紧张的情况下,加快煤炭生产的发展,以适应调整国民经济和四化建设的需要,是十分重要的,但是,过去在“左”倾思想影响下,有的地方在煤炭工业建设上片面追求高指标、高产量,贪多图快,急于求成,不按基建程序办事,造成了不应有的损失和浪费。最近,我们对陕西省韩城矿务局上峪口矿井的建设情况做了调查,发现有些值得注意的问题,现提出来供研究参考。
Under the current tense energy situation in our country, it is very important to speed up the development of coal production so as to adapt itself to the needs of national economy and the four modernizations. However, under the influence of the “leftist” thinking in the past, some places One-sided pursuit of high-index, high-output and greedy plans in the construction of the coal industry hastily solicited and failed to follow the infrastructure construction procedures, resulting in undue loss and waste. Recently, we investigated the construction of the Shangyukou mine in Hancheng Mining Bureau of Shaanxi Province and found some notable problems that are raised for reference.
