目的考察不同规格陶瓷膜对中药大品种参松养心胶囊水提液除杂的效果,并优化工艺参数。方法以参松养心胶囊水提液为研究对象,比较3种不同孔径的陶瓷膜在不同条件下,对膜通量衰减、药液有效成分保留率等方面的影响。结果滤过孔径为100 nm的陶瓷膜对参松养心胶囊水提液滤过效果较好,膜通量及芍药苷转移率均较高,最佳滤过条件为进液压力0.15~0.22 MPa,滤过温度20℃。结论陶瓷膜滤过技术可较好地对参松养心胶囊水提液进行除杂,该技术可进一步推广到其他中药水提液的除杂工艺中。
Objective To investigate the effect of ceramic membrane with different specifications on the impurity removal of Shensongyangxin Capsule, a traditional Chinese medicine, and optimize the process parameters. Methods The water extract of Shensong Yangxin capsule was taken as the research object. The effects of three kinds of ceramic membranes with different pore sizes on the decay of membrane flux and the retention rate of the effective components of the medicinal solution under different conditions were compared. Results The ceramic membrane with 100 nm pore size was better than the one with Shenshenyangxin Capsule. The membrane flux and the rate of paeoniflorin were higher. The optimal filtration conditions were inlet pressure 0.15-0.22 MPa , Filtration temperature 20 ℃. Conclusion Ceramic membrane filtration technology can better remove the impurity of Shensong Yangxin Capsule aqueous extract, which can be further extended to the impurity removal process of other traditional Chinese medicine aqueous extracts.
