目的 :修订国军标GJB 42 9 88和GJB 430 88.方法 :对现行两标准进行复审 ,并按ICRP 6 0报告关于职业照射个人剂量限值新建议以及关于BSS辐射安全与防护的基本原则与要求 ,同时结合海军核潜艇放射卫生与防护现状及存在的问题进行修订.结果 :新标准在职业照射剂量限值、辐射防护管理、放射性废物管理、健康管理以及管理职责等方面作了较大的修改和补充.新标准突出了海军核潜艇放射卫生与防护工作的特点.结论 :新标准将更适用于核潜艇及其基地的放射性工作人员.“,”Objective: To revise the current standands of GJB 429 88 and GJB 430 88. Methods: The current standards were reexamined and revised in the light of the new recommendations for occupational radiological exposure limits, as described in ICRP 60 publication, and the basic principles and requirements as issued in BSS Radiological Safety and Protection, and also in combination with the present status and existing problems on radiological health and protection aboard nuclear submarines. Results: Considerable modifications and additions were made concerning occupational radiological exposure limits, radiation protection management, radioactive waste control, health management, leadership responsibilities etc. The new standards laid special emphasis on the features of radiation health and protection aboard nuclear submarines. Conclusion: The new standards will be more applicable to radiation exposure workers in the nuclear submarine and at its homeports.
