近年,山东新汶矿业集团公司翟镇煤矿,通过改制成立了13个非煤民营企业公司,员工占全矿职工总数的40%。为切实加强非煤企业民管维权的监管工作,依法维护职工和企业利益,翟镇煤矿依据《工会法》等有关法律法规政策,近日制定出台了《加强非煤企业民管维权工作实施办法》。至此,非煤企业员工也有了自己的“护身符”。
