贵刊1994年第3期刊出的“关于《预制砼构件质量检验评定标准》中几个问题的商榷”一文,对《预制砼构件质量检验评定标准》(GBJ321-90)中关于构件自重挠度计算及检验时的支承长度和达到短期荷载前的加载方式提出了异议,现就上述问题提出自己的看法。1 关于预应力砼构件自重挠度计算问题 “商榷”一文认为预应力砼板在短期荷载前,弯矩-挠度一定是正比例关系,因而构件的自重挠度可以根据相应的跨中弯矩和跨中挠度实测值按比例进行计算。这种做法有可能是片面的,因为它不适用于在短期荷载前开裂的非预应力砼构件和部分预应力砼构件。
A paper entitled “Some questions in the ”Quality Inspection and Evaluation Criterion of Prefabricated Concrete Components" published in the 3rd periodical of the Journal of China in 1994, and the calculation of the weight-deflection of components in GBJ321-90 At the time of inspection, the length of support and the loading method before short-term loading were challenged, and now I present my opinion on the above issues. 1 Regarding the calculation of the self-weight deflection of prestressed concrete members, it is believed that the bending moment-deflection must be proportional to the prestressed concrete slabs before the short-term loading. Therefore, the self-deflection of the members can be based on the corresponding mid-span bending moments and mid-span deflections. The measured value is calculated proportionally. This approach may be one-sided because it does not apply to non-prestressed concrete elements and partially prestressed concrete elements that crack before short-term loading.
