用无水乙醇提取皮炎平软膏中的醋酸地塞米松，然后与蓝四氮唑显色，在４８５ｎｍ处测其吸收度，计算其含量。平均回收率为９９，８９％（ｎ＝５），ＲＳＤ为１．２６％，较之原地方标准中的提取测定方法，更为简便准确。
Dehydratase was extracted from dermatitis ointment with absolute ethanol, and then developed with blue tetrazolium. The absorbance was measured at 485 nm and the content was calculated. The average recovery was 99.89% (n = 5) with a RSD of 1.26%, which was more convenient and accurate than the extraction method in the original local standard.
