清分中心系统已普遍成为国内各城市进行轨道交通AFC(自动售检票)系统建设的必要组成部分,其功能定位是进行清分中心筹划建设的首要问题。在系统介绍了我国城市轨道交通AFC清分中心系统建设发展现状和特点的基础上,提出了清分中心系统可能存在的三种功能定位,并就结构、功能、接口和实施特点等进行了全面的分析比较后认为:服务于轨道交通系统内部的清分中心建设模式是轨道交通清分中心建设的理想模式。论述了制定城市轨道交通AFC系统建设标准和规范的意义,提出了建设清分中心系统时,应当首先制定的几项主要标准和规范。
The system of separation center has become an indispensable part of the construction of AFC system in various cities in China. Its function orientation is the most important issue in the planning and construction of the separation center. Based on the introduction of the current situation and characteristics of AFC system construction in China’s urban rail transit system, the paper proposes three possible functional positioning of the system, and makes a comprehensive analysis on the structure, function, interface and implementation characteristics After analyzing and comparing, it is considered that the construction mode of clearing center serving the interior of rail transit system is the ideal model for the construction of rail transit clearing center. The significance of establishing the standards and norms for the construction of urban rail transit AFC system is discussed. Several main standards and norms that should be formulated first are proposed when constructing the system of clearing center.
