随着我国国民经济建设的飞跃发展,激光这门新技术在工农业生产方面的应用也日趋成熟。虽然激光器的种类很多,但由于CO_2激光器与固体激光器相比,具有效率高、发散角小、输出功率大、结构简单、生产成本低等优点,故其在工农业、医学方面的应用较为广泛。为了更好地发挥CO_2激光器的作用,关键是怎样研制一台连续的、高功率和长寿命的CO_2激光器。这里我们着重讨论折迭式CO_2激光器的腔型(即多镜匹配)和有关处理折迭腔的分析方法问题。
With the rapid development of our national economy, the application of the new laser technology in industrial and agricultural production has become increasingly mature. Although there are many types of lasers, CO_2 lasers are widely used in industry, agriculture and medicine because of their advantages of high efficiency, small divergence angle, large output power, simple structure and low production cost as compared with solid-state lasers. In order to better play the role of CO_2 laser, the key is how to develop a continuous, high power and long life CO_2 laser. Here, we focus on the cavity type (ie, multi-mirror matching) of the folded CO 2 laser and the analysis method of the folded cavity.
