患者,女,38岁,于1999年8月以右下腹疼痛1天为主诉入院.无发热及胃肠道症状.既往健康,无腹痛史,月经正常.查体:T37.0℃,P76次/分,Bp14.5/10.5kPa,右下腹部有压痛,无肌紧张及反跳痛,未触及包块.妇科检查右侧附件可触及10cm×10cm囊性肿物,表面光滑、压痛,活动欠佳,左侧无异常.B超提示右侧附件区可见一大小为11.2cm×10cm类圆形无回声区,边界清晰,有完整包膜,其内可见分
The patient, female, 38 years old, was admitted to hospital with a pain in the right lower abdomen for 1 day in August 1999. No fever and gastrointestinal symptoms. Past health, no history of abdominal pain, normal menstruation.
