全省工农教育会议后,各专都召开了传达会议,除研究讨论了工农教育的精神与工作计划外,还根据各专不同工作基础制订与布置了冬学计划。最大的收获是各级教育干部与专县领导,对工农教育工作已引起一定程度的重视。各地本着整风精神检查与布置了工作,使冬学的工作得以迅速开展,其中运、临、汾、兴等专区成绩较大,如运专检查出:「上半年忽视民校工作,犯了严重的方针错误」,并依据文件,结合本区具体情况,找出自己办冬学的有利条件,解除了干部中感到冬学任务大、困难冬、办法少,因而信心不足的思想问题,坚定了办冬学的信心
