患者,女性,42岁,无诱因阴道不规则流血一周,来我院就诊。查体:一般状况良好,妇科检查:子宫正常大小,阴道无异常分泌物,宫颈可见一细蒂肿物,突出阴道口,蒂长1.0cm。表面光滑,长椭圆形。病理检查:长椭圆形暗红色肿物大小4cm×2.5cm×1.5cm,包膜完整,表面光滑,切面实性,局部见小囊
