酸吸入能引起吸入部位的延迟性肺水肿,这与吸入2小时后循环中中性白细胞活化致合成血栓烷有关。此后不久出现肺泡中性自细胞的浸润和微循环渗透性增加。酸吸入后这些变化的顺序提示是一种与血栓烷和中性白细胞有关的过程。本研究旨在了解酸吸入后活化的中性白细胞在引起多器官水肿中更直接的作用。
Acid inhalation can cause delayed pulmonary edema at the site of inhalation, which is related to the synthesis of thromboxane by activation of circulating neutrophils 2 hours after inhalation. Shortly thereafter, alveolar neutral cell infiltration and increased microcirculation were observed. The sequence of these changes after acid inhalation suggests a thromboxane and neutrophil-related process. This study aimed to understand the more direct role of activated neutrophils in causing multiple organ edema following acid inhalation.
