淮阳县公路管理局现有干部职工470人,下设10个科室、1座油库、1个路桥工程处和15个道班,拥有公路养护及工程机械72台(辆),固定资产达1300万元,担负着全县境内142.2公里国、省道公路的养护、路政管理和全县汽车养路费的征收工作。几年来,全局干部职工坚持以邓小平理论为指导,全面贯彻“三个代表”重要思想,内强素质,外树形象,精诚团结,务实苦干,使全县境内公路达到了畅、洁、绿、美,路产路权得到了切实保护,养路费征收工作连年超额完成任务,公路工程施工能力增强,“三产”效益显著提高。并对境内淮柘路、淮周路、淮郸路以及106国道进行了整修,修复了部分水毁路段,辖区内平原二
