IL-12是一种具有高效抗病毒抗肿瘤作用的细胞因子。IL-12的多种生物学功能及其在细胞免疫中的重要作用愈来愈受到人们的关注,特别是近年来进展较快,已从动物实验发展到临床Ⅱ期研究阶段。本文从IL-12生物学特性、作用机制、抗肿瘤应用及基因治疗等方面介绍IL-12研究的新进展。 1 IL-2的结构特点及生物学功能 IL-12是由35KD(P35)和40KD(P40)两个亚基通过二硫键结合而形成的异构二聚体糖蛋白,主要是由被激活的抗原递呈细胞以及B细胞产生。P35可以由多种细胞产生,
IL-12 is a highly potent antiviral antitumor cytokine. The various biological functions of IL-12 and its important role in cellular immunity have received more and more attention, especially in recent years, it has progressed rapidly from animal experiments to clinical phase II research. This article introduces new progress in IL-12 research from the aspects of IL-12 biological characteristics, mechanism of action, anti-tumor applications and gene therapy. 1 Structural features and biological functions of IL-2 IL-12 is a heterogeneous dimeric glycoprotein formed by disulfide bonding between two 35KD (P35) and 40KD (P40) subunits and is mainly activated by Antigen-presenting cells as well as B cells. P35 can be produced by a variety of cells,
