伴随着上海国际化大都市发展进程,越来越多的外籍中小学生选择随班就读于上海市中小学校,文中选取建平中学(高中)、新基础实验学校(九年一贯制)做详细的个案研究,总结发现两所学校开展外籍生管理的共同特点在于学校领导层具有国际视野,带领教职员工采取积极地本土行动,促进中外学生融合教育,培养师生相互包容,学会共存,以此希望对处于摸索阶段的基础教育场域中的外籍学生跨文化教育与管理有所启示。
With the development of Shanghai’s cosmopolitan city, more and more foreign primary and middle school students choose to attend primary and secondary schools in Shanghai in a regular basis. In this paper, they selected Jianping Middle School (High School) and New Basic Experimental School Case studies concluded that the common feature of the management of foreign students in the two schools lies in the fact that the leadership of the school has an international perspective, leading teachers and staff to adopt positive local actions to promote the integration of Chinese and foreign students, cultivate mutual tolerance among teachers and students and learn to coexist Enlightenment is given to the intercultural education and management of foreign students in the elementary education field in the groping stage.
