教学档案是高等学校全部档案的重要组成部分,是教学活动历史的真实记录,是广大师生辛勤劳动的结晶。随着教育事业的发展,人们愈来愈感到迫切需要加强教学档案的管理。通过工作实践,我对如何搞好教学档案管理有了进一步的认识,本文仅就以下问题谈谈个人的看法。一、妥善解决归属问题。教学档案的管理,首先涉及教学档案的归属问题。目前高教界对这个问题的争论,主要有四种意见:(1)归属文书档案;(2)归属科技档案;(3)分属于文书档案和科技档案;(4)教学档案应作为一种专门档案。我认为教学档案的归属是一个比较复杂的问题,不应孤立地加以讨论,应该用
Teaching archives are an important part of all archives of institutions of higher learning, a true record of the history of teaching activities, and a crystallization of the hard work of teachers and students. With the development of education, people increasingly feel the urgent need to strengthen the management of teaching files. Through my work practice, I have got a better understanding of how to do a good job of teaching archives management. This article only talks about personal opinions on the following issues. First, properly solve the issue of attribution. Teaching file management, first of all, involves the issue of attribution of teaching files. At present, there are mainly four opinions in the controversy over this issue in the higher education circles: (1) attribution files; (2) attributions to science and technology files; (3) subordinate to clerical and technical files; (4) teaching files as a specialized file. I think the attribution of teaching files is a complicated issue that should not be discussed in isolation and should be used
