本文从路面半刚性基层反射裂缝的机理着手,通过极限弯曲试验测定有无纤维布、聚酯玻纤布和聚酯玄武岩纤维无纺布沥青混合料的抗弯拉强度、抗弯拉应变,对比分析了聚酯玄武岩纤维无纺布对沥青混凝土的加筋作用;研究设计了评价加铺聚酯玄武岩纤维无纺布后复合沥青混合料的裂缝反射疲劳试验,对加铺聚酯玄武岩纤维无纺布、聚酯玻纤布及不贴布的3种类型混合料进行试验对比;并对施工工艺及注意事项进行了比较全面的描述。从而确定了聚酯玄武岩纤维布具有较高的断裂延伸率和抗拉强度,具有优异的加筋效果,可大大提高沥青面层的抗裂性能,有效消除路面结合处或裂缝处的应力集中,延长道路的使用寿命的作用。
In this paper, the mechanism of reflecting cracks in semi-rigid pavement of pavement is studied. The ultimate bending test is used to determine the flexural tensile strength and flexural tensile strain of non-woven fabric, polyester fiberglass fabric and polyester basalt fiber non-woven fabric asphalt mixture. The reinforcement effect of polyester basalt fiber non-woven fabric on asphalt concrete was analyzed. The crack reflection fatigue test of composite asphalt mixture after adding polyester-basalt fiber non-woven fabric was researched and designed. The fiber-reinforced polyester basalt fiber non-woven Cloth, polyester fiberglass cloth and not attached to the three types of mixture test comparison; and construction techniques and precautions were more fully described. Thus, it was confirmed that the polyester basalt fiber cloth has high elongation at break and tensile strength, has excellent reinforcing effect, greatly improves the crack resistance of the asphalt surface layer, effectively eliminates the stress concentration at the road surface junction or the crack, Extend the useful life of the road.
