本文对隐晶马氏体的形成条件及规律进行了探讨,指出奥氏体碳浓度的不均匀是获得隐晶马氏体的根本原因,而奥氏体晶粒细化将有助于获得隐晶马氏体,其作用在于它可减小奥氏体内碳浓度相似微区的尺寸,增大奥氏体内的浓度梯度。同时提出改善原始组织(为粒状珠光体)、采用快加热低温淬火是获得隐晶马氏体组织的有效途径。
In this paper, the formation conditions and laws of cryptocrystalline martensite are discussed. It is pointed out that the nonuniformity of austenite carbon concentration is the basic reason for obtaining cryptocrystalline martensite, and the austenite grain refinement will help to obtain the latent Crystal martensite, its role is that it can reduce the size of austenite similar to the concentration of carbon micro-regions, increasing the concentration gradient within the austenite. At the same time improve the original organization to improve the organization (granular pearlite), the use of rapid heating quenching is an effective way to obtain cryptocrystalline martensite.
