海洋抗肿瘤活性物质一直是海洋药物研究的重点。现已发现海洋生物提取物中至少有10%具抗肿瘤活性,包括核苷酸类、酰胺类、聚醚类、大环内酯类等化合物,其中阿糖胞苷等已形成药物。多种海洋生物具有抗肿瘤活性,其中海洋贝类又因它们具有抗肿瘤、抗衰老、增强机体免疫功能、抗氧化等作用而成为研究开发的热点,是新型的创新药物、功能性和保健食品资源。现在已经从海洋贝类提取物中发现了多种功能明确的物质。本文将对其中几种常见海洋贝类抗肿瘤活性物质按结构分类和抗肿瘤活性特点来进行综述。
Marine anti-tumor active substances has been the focus of marine drug research.
