为了初步探讨“简易体育与健康家庭作业”融入日常体育课程之后的效果,抽取47名学生作为研究对象,采用实验法测量学生对体育与健康知识认知程度的变化。结果显示:接受家庭作业的学生(实验组)对体育与健康知识的认知程度显著提高,而没有接受家庭作业的学生(控制组)的认知程度则没有明显的改善,所以简易的“体育与健康家庭作业”的布置和反馈,有助于提高学生对体育与健康知识的认识和接受。据此,提出了学校和教师开展体育与健康教育工作的对策建议。
In order to investigate the effect of “Physical Education and Health Homework” into the daily physical education curriculum, 47 students were selected as research subjects, and the changes of students’ cognition of physical education and health were measured by the experiment method. The results showed that the students who accepted homework (experimental group) had significantly higher awareness of physical and health education than those who did not receive homework (control group), so the simple “ Physical Education and Health Homework ”arrangement and feedback, help to improve students’ awareness and acceptance of sports and health knowledge. Accordingly, proposed the school and the teacher to carry out physical education and health education countermeasures and suggestions.
