文章首先对信息化下海警部队指挥作战进行了可行性论证,详细讲解了信息化战场相比传统战场的优点,正视了我国部队海警信息化指挥控制系统建设的需求和差距,分析了信息化下海警部队作战指挥面临的困难,提出采用“络组群式”作战指挥模式,创新海警部队信息化作战指挥体制,完善海警部队信息化作战理论和技术体系,对我国海警部队信息化建设具有十分重要的意义。
