观察了青紫蓝兔内毒素(ET)性发热时血浆、脑脊液(CSF)、隔区和下丘脑精氨酸加压素(AVP)含量的变化。兔ivET10ng/kg后90min,最大升温效应为1.0±0.36℃(n=9)。与对照组比较,其血浆和CSF中AVP含量均明显降低,隔区AVP含量无明显变化,而下丘脑AVP含量则明显升高。结果提示,家兔发热时能促进下丘脑AVP的合成及分泌,使隔区的AVP含量不减少;也提示发热时血浆和CSF中AVP含量降低,并非下丘脑分泌减少所致,可能与发热时释放入CSF中的AVP减少或消耗增多有关。
The changes of arginine vasopressin (AVP) in plasma, cerebrospinal fluid (CSF), septal area and hypothalamus during endotoxin exacerbation were observed in rabbits. Rabbit ivET10ng / kg after 90min, the maximum temperature effect of 1.0 ± 0.36 ℃ (n = 9). Compared with the control group, the content of AVP in plasma and CSF were significantly decreased, the content of AVP in septum was not changed, but the content of AVP in hypothalamus was significantly increased. The results suggest that the fever in rabbits can promote the synthesis and secretion of AVP in the hypothalamus and make the AVP content in the septum not decrease. It also suggests that the content of AVP in plasma and CSF decreases when fever occurs, which is not caused by the decrease of hypothalamic secretion. Released into the CSF AVP reduced or increased consumption related.
