目的定量地评定我院门诊医生应用抗感染药物的合理性。方法随机抽取门诊6297张处方，采用药物利用度指数（drug utmzation index）DUI分析。结果发现3种口服抗感染药物、5种注射抗感染药物的DUI值〉1。结论表明我院门诊医生应用抗微生物药有使用不当的现象。
